东莞市璟博方精密电子有限公司是一家以微型泵阀相关技术为核心，集研产销为一体（包括模具制造–塑胶注塑–五金制造–自动化/机械化装配等一体的产业结构群）的国家级高新技术企业，是精密流体控制领域的创新型方案提供商之一，公司主营产品有微型气泵、水泵、蠕动泵、活塞泵、电磁泵、电磁水泵、叶片泵、气阀、水阀等其他流体相关产品，广泛应用于地板清洁、咖啡机、蒸汽熨烫、智能卫浴、智慧农业、医疗器械、新能源汽车等领域。公司自创立以来，已取得100多项专利，公司业务遍及全球80多个国家和地区。
公司成立于2017年11月，位于东莞市横沥镇，厂房面积12000平米。公司员工380人，其中研发团队30人，业务团队15人，品质部38人，核心团队都有14年从业经历，经验丰富，架构稳定。有20条生产线，自动绕线机、自动螺丝机、18dB噪音测试房、自动装塔/伞机、自动水泵/气泵综合测试仪等生产设备、检测仪器一应俱全。日产能15万个，年营业额1.9亿元。产品来料每批检测，出货100%全检，直通率达98%。公司通过ISO9001质量体系认证，2020年获得国家高新技术企业认证，GB/T26949知识产权管理体系认证。2021年通过IATF16949质量管理体系认证。现合作的客户有华为、小米、海尔、慕思、和而泰、新宝电器、康奈尔、喜来康、飞利浦、美的、奥佳华、SKG等。

Dongguan Jingbo Fang Precision Electronics Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise with micro pump and valve related technology as its core, integrating research, production and sales (including mold manufacturing, plastic injection molding, hardware manufacturing, automation/mechanization assembly and other integrated industrial structure groups). It is one of the innovative solution providers in the field of precision fluid control. The company’s main products include micro air pumps, water pumps, peristaltic pumps, piston pumps, electromagnetic pumps, electromagnetic water pumps, blade pumps, air valves, water valves and other fluid related products, which are widely used in floor cleaning, coffee machines, steam ironing, smart bathroom, smart agriculture, medical equipment, new energy vehicles and other fields. Since its establishment, the company has obtained over 100 patents and its business covers more than 80 countries and regions worldwide.
The company was established in November 2017 and is located in Hengli Town, Dongguan City, with a factory area of 12000 square meters. The company has 380 employees, including 30 in the R&D team, 15 in the business team, and 38 in the quality department. The core team has 14 years of experience and has a stable structure. There are 20 production lines, equipped with automatic winding machines, automatic screw machines, 18dB noise testing rooms, automatic tower/umbrella installation machines, automatic water pump/air pump comprehensive testers, and other production equipment and testing instruments. The daily production capacity is 150000 units, with an annual turnover of 190 million yuan. Each batch of incoming products undergoes testing, with 100% full inspection upon shipment and a pass through rate of 98%. The company has passed ISO9001 quality system certification, obtained national high-tech enterprise certification in 2020, and GB/T26949 intellectual property management system certification. Passed IATF16949 quality management system certification in 2021. Our current cooperative clients include Huawei, Xiaomi, Haier, Muse, Haier, Xinbao Electric, Cornell, Xilaikang, Philips, Midea, Ojiahua, SKG, etc.
